How it Works
It works easily, that's for sure. First, joining HawaiianMiles is FREE. Once you do join, you'll receive a membership card. To earn miles fast, simply present your card every time you fly with Hawaiian Airlines or with our HawaiianMiles partner, Northwest Airlines. But that's not all. Present your card when you purchase products and services from our other partners and your miles will add up even faster.

Redeem Your Miles
All the miles you earn will automatically be deposited into your HawaiianMiles account and will not expire as long as you earn miles within a 3-year period. Your miles can be used for flights, hotels, car rentals, shopping, green fees or for one of our many special offers. Or you can save them for even bigger awards.

Redeem Your Miles for travel on Hawaiian Airlines
Reservations can be made online or by phone. You'll need your HawaiianMiles member number and Password handy. Once your reservation is confirmed, the miles will be automatically deducted from your account and you'll receive an E-Ticket confirmation number. September 11th Airport Security Fee must be paid at time of redemption.

Redeem Your Miles for Partner Awards
Just call, email or mail in your redemption request to the HawaiianMiles Service Center. You'll find the list of awards on the awards table right here on our web site. We'll mail the award certificate to your address on record. Please allow two weeks for processing. To redeem your HawaiianMiles for awards on our Airline partners, please contact our HawaiianMiles Service Center - Partner Flight Awards.
