Elite Status Qualification Requirements
HawaiianMiles members may reach elite-status levels in one of two ways – flight miles earned or flight segments. Qualifying flight miles earned or flight segments must be earned on a revenue fare that earns HawaiianMiles when traveling on a Hawaiian Airlines scheduled flight.

Qualification & Membership Periods
Qualification Period
Your qualifying flight activity (miles/segments) from January 1 to December 31 is used to determine your HawaiianMiles Pualani Elite membership level for the following year.
Membership Period
Your benefits will begin after the required number of miles/segments has been posted to your account after travel and last through the final day of December of the membership year.
*This applies to flights scheduled and operated by Hawaiian Airlines and does not apply to charter flights, airline partner flights, HawaiianMiles partners, or bonus miles. Qualification for Pualani status is required each calendar year. Members that qualify in the current year will receive full benefits for the following year. Pualani members will be subject to the Terms & Conditions of the Pualani program. Qualifying flights must be earned on a revenue fare that earns HawaiianMiles. Mileage award travel, promotional tickets, or industry discounted tickets are not eligible.
