Retroactive Flight Miles
As a HawaiianMiles member, you can still earn miles for flights already taken, provided that you are a current HawaiianMiles member and have traveled on an eligible* Hawaiian Airlines flight within the past 120 days. Not a HawaiianMiles member yet? Join now to start earning those miles.
How to Earn Retroactive Miles
- Check your HawaiianMiles statement online to be sure your recent flights on Hawaiian Airlines were not posted to your account.
- Complete the request form below.
- List all passengers with their own HawaiianMiles account number and specific flight information. If all passengers have the same travel itinerary, please submit one form only.

*Tickets purchased at discounted rates, through wholesale travel companies or website promotions may not qualify for mileage credits. Award tickets or tickets purchased using mileage do not qualify for mileage credit.

Partner flight credits requested through this form will not be processed.
