Rediscover a city rich in history and culture with new nonstop service from Honolulu to Sendai, Japan. Tickets may be purchased immediately for travel starting June 25, 2013.

See the Sendai Tanabata Festival, the largest Tanabata festival in Japan during the summer, or experience the Pageant of Starlight during the winter months, where trees are decorated with thousands of lights.

Schedule

Honolulu to Sendai

Beginning June 25, Flight HA 441 will depart Honolulu International Airport on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 12:15 p.m., cross the international dateline, and arrive at Sendai International Airport at 4:00 p.m. the following day.

Sendai to Honolulu

Starting on June 26, the return Flight 442 will then continue to Sapporo’s New Chitose Airport at 5:55 p.m. on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, arriving at New Chitose at 7:10 p.m. before departing to Honolulu at 9:10 p.m., crossing the international dateline and arriving in Honolulu at 9:50 a.m. the same day.
