Member Discounts

Member discounts are e-Certificates that can be redeemed online to book a flight at a discounted price. Most member discounts can be applied on the Flight Search page when your flight search meets the terms and conditions of the offer.

Discounts cannot be redeemed for flights purchased with HawaiianMiles. Additional restrictions may apply.

How to redeem member discounts

  1. Locate the unique discount code that was sent to you via email.
  2. Log in to your HawaiianMiles account
  3. Visit our Flight Search page and enter your flight search details according to the terms and conditions of the offer. Enter the code in the field that says “Promo Code (optional)”. Please note that the code is case sensitive.
  4. Click “Search Flights.”
  5. Complete your flight booking.

How to redeem Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Mastercard® companion discounts

When you receive a cardmember discount, it will be sent to you as a discount code via email instead of through your HawaiianMiles account. It is important that you keep this email until you are ready to use the discount, as the unique code will only be sent to you via email one time. Please see a chart below, outlining the cardmember discounts:

Once you’ve received your discount code via email, follow these steps to apply it:

  1. Locate the unique discount code that was sent to you via email.
  2. Log in to your HawaiianMiles account
  3. Visit our Flight Search page and enter your flight search details according to the terms and conditions of the offer. Enter the code in the field that says “Promo Code (optional)”. Please note that the code is case sensitive.
  4. Click “Search Flights.”
  5. Complete your flight booking.

General Restrictions

The restrictions below apply to all Hawaiian Airlines member discounts. For restrictions on individual discounts, please log in to your HawaiianMiles account and view the "Terms & Conditions" specific to that discount.

  • Applicable to Hawaiian Airlines web fares only
  • Cannot be applied to tickets already purchased
  • Must meet all restrictions to be applied (route, booking period, travel period, number of passengers, etc.)
  • Not valid for multi-city bookings
  • Not valid for mileage bookings or dollar-mile bookings
  • Not valid for vacation packages
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional offers, or tour packages
  • Non-transferrable, no cash value
  • Other restrictions may apply
