Corporate Web Site Policies and Procedures
The Hawaiian Airlines Corporate Program is an Internet Booking Program.
Your company’s reservations are made via your Corporate Portal by logging into the Hawaiian Airlines’ Corporate Web Site with your unique Corporate HawaiianMiles account number and password. However, if your Internet access or the Hawaiian Airlines’ web site is temporarily unavailable, you may call the Corporate Desk to make your reservations. Please see information under the header “The Corporate Desk” for more details.
Reservations made by logging on to the Corporate Web Site or by calling Corporate Desk will be charged to the credit account you provided to be embedded in your STAR (a STAR is an electronic file of your company’s profile in Hawaiian Airlines’ reservations system). You need to provide the STAR name each time you call Corporate Desk. Please ensure you establish in-house security measures to protect your Corporate Web account information.
Changes to your company’s information, including the credit account, must be submitted by one of your listed authorized callers in writing via email, fax, or mail to your Hawaiian Airlines District Sales Manager. Please allow 1 to 3 working days from receipt for change to be reflected in your file.
You provide Hawaiian Airlines with an Authorized Caller list. This list is added to your STAR. Requests to charge airfare or fees to the credit account stored in your STAR will only be accepted from authorized callers on your list.
Special Corporate Change Rules for Neighbor Island Reservations Travel
Flight, date, route and name changes are permitted without fee and only the difference in fare and applicable taxes and fees will be collected if the change results in a high fare.
Changes made at least four hours or more prior to the ticketed or new flight’s scheduled departure time, whichever is sooner, can be made via the Corporate Web Site using the Change Request form.
Changes made inside of four (4) hours and at least 90 minutes prior to the ticketed or new flight’s scheduled departure time, whichever is sooner, must be called in to the Corporate Desk. Should a change result in an additional collection of fare, tax and/or fees, only an authorized caller listed in your STAR may consent to charge credit account stored in your STAR. If the passenger calls in to make the change and is not an authorized caller, the passenger may use his/her own personal credit card to pay the additional collection at the time of the change is made.
Changes made inside of 90 minutes prior to departure should be handled at the airport upon check-in. Changes made at the Hawaiian Airlines Airport Ticket Counters do not get the Corporate waivers, are subject to all normal fare rules and fees and must be paid for by the passenger.
Online itinerary change via My Trips is also an option for Corporate changes up to 90 minutes prior departure.
Lower Neighbor Island fares may be available by selecting “No Discounts Applied”. However, fares purchased by selecting “No Discounts Applied” do not qualify for the special corporate rules and all normal fare rules will apply.
Neighbor Island Standby w/o Checked Baggage
Passengers booked via the Corporate Website/Corporate Desk as well as HawaiianMiles Elite members who do not have checked baggage may request to be listed for standby on an earlier flight, same day and route without fee. Listing must be done at least 30 minutes prior the flight at the customer service podium inside the terminal.
Checked Baggage Fee Waiver
Passengers booked via the Corporate Website/Corporate Desk to travel between the Neighbor Islands or between Hawaii and the Mainland on Hawaiian Airlines operated scheduled flights are allowed to check in two (2) standard size bags free of charge. All other normal baggage rules and restrictions apply.
The baggage fee waiver is automatic at Kiosk check in. If check in must be done with our agent at our Customer Service Desk, please advised our agent that you are traveling on a Corporate reservation with the baggage waiver.
Neighbor Island Refunds
Corporate Neighbor Island tickets that are cancelled at least 90 minutes prior to the departure time of the earliest flight on the ticket is also eligible for refund without fee upon request. If a refund is requested inside of 90 minutes prior to the departure time of the earliest flight on the ticket, it will be processed with a fee.
Always cancel reservations for passengers who will not travel.
Mainland and International Changes, Refunds, and Standby
There are no special Corporate rules or waivers thus ALL normal fare rules and fees apply. Call Corporate Desk or use the Online itinerary change via the Corporate Website/My Trips.
Code Share Flights
Code share flights are tagged with the Hawaiian Airlines code (HA) but operated by other carriers. On the website, code share flights are noted as such under its flight number on the price grid. Special Corporate rates, rules and exceptions do not apply to Code share flights.

The Corporate Desk is part of Hawaiian Airlines’ Reservations Department and consists of a group of agents trained specifically to handle our Corporate Web Site accounts’ special needs. All reservations, changes to reservations or questions about your reservation or ticket are handled by the Corporate Desk
When calling the Corporate Desk for assistance, you must provide the agent with your company’s STAR name (a STAR is an electronic file of your company’s profile in Hawaiian Airlines’ reservations system).
Reservations made via the Corporate Desk will be priced at the lowest available fare
After Corporate Desk hours, Corporate accounts may call Hawaiian Airlines General Reservations for assistance with immediate (through the next day) travel issues.

Redeeming Corporate Miles
Corporate HawaiianMiles may only be redeemed by the person named on your company’s Corporate HawaiianMiles account. The account holder must call the Corporate Desk and provide the STAR name to the agent. Miles may only be redeemed for flight awards on Hawaiian Airlines scheduled flights. Corporate Mile cannot be redeemed online. The Corporate Web Program’s HawaiianMiles account “Stands Alone” thus miles may not be transferred in or out of it.
Multiple components and other vendor agreements do not allow for special waivers to apply to vacation packages. Thus, Corporate Program benefits, special rules and waivers do not apply to packages purchased via the Corporate website. Vacation package may only be purchased online or over the phone at (800) 323-9882.
