Travel waiver for heavy rains in Hawaii

Due to heavy rains and strong winds in the State of Hawaii creating disruptions in travel, we’ve issued a travel waiver for Hawaiian Airlines flights to/from/within the State of Hawaii scheduled between Dec. 5-7, 2021. See waiver options below.

• Reschedule your flight at no additional cost:
  If you’d like to reschedule your flight to new dates and your original flight date is between Dec. 5-7, 2021, we’ll waive any applicable fare difference on the same city pair for travel and same cabin of service. Tickets must be rebooked by Dec. 14, 2021. As part of our new policy which began last year, change fees have been eliminated and will also not be charged.


• Cancel your flight and use the value as credit towards a new ticket:
  Cancel your flight now and you’ll keep the unused value of the ticket until the ticket expires*. Upon rebooking a new flight, no change fees will be charged, but a fare difference may apply.
  
  *Tickets expire 1 year from the original date of purchase, however we have several COVID-19 travel waivers in effect that have varying expiration dates. See full details here.
