For more than four decades, Carol Burnett has won the hearts of America’s audiences as the long-reigning queen of comedy television and Broadway.

With a sparkle in her eye and a dance number or two, this multi-talented performer overcame a difficult childhood and broke the Hollywood mold with her self-titled, 11-season strong variety show, earning 23 Emmy Awards. 

Now she is bringing her wit to theatres across the country with a look back to the highs and lows of her accomplished career. In the opening segment of the show, the audience will have a chance to engage with Burnett and ask her questions, a la The Carol Burnett Show opening, recreating the unscripted and spontaneous, honest humor for which she is known.
