There is something extra romantic about date night when under a moonlit sky at Chef Chai’s Full Moon dinner. Add the music and performance of Robert Cazimero and Halau Na Kamalei, champion male hula dancers, and the event becomes magical.

The full-moon dinner includes chicken tenderloin sate’ with Thai peanut sauce, fabulous appetizers, and a choice of entrees, including grilled beef tenderloin with mushroom foie gras puff, Mongolian style lamb chops, miso fresh Chilean sea bass, or a vegetarian terrine with Thai green curry sauce.
