Requirements for the Cook Islands

Air travelers do not need to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination to enter the Cook Islands. Testing and vaccination requirements have also been removed for domestic travel between islands. Immigration requirements apply, with international passport holders required to have a passport valid for at least six months beyond their intended period of stay, evidence of an outbound or return ticket and proof of accommodation.

Masks
Face masks are encouraged to be worn in public settings and must be worn on public transportation. See the Ministry of Health for exceptions.

Returning to Oahu

There are no travel restrictions for travel into Hawaii from the Continental U.S. or a U.S. territory, nor are their requirements for travel within the Hawaiian Islands.
