SWEEPSTAKES DATES:
This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Hawaiian Airlines, Inc., Par Hawaii, Inc., dba Hele and 76 (together, the “Sponsor”) and begins on November 21, 2016 at 12:00:00 PM (Noon) Hawaii Standard Time ("HST") and ends on January 31st, 2017 at 11:59:59 PM HST unless earlier terminated or extended at the sole discretion of the Sponsor (the "Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00 AM HST and ending at 11:59:59 PM HST except for the first day of the Sweepstakes where a day is defined as beginning at 12:00:00 PM (Noon) HST and ending at 11:59:59 PM HST. The Sponsor's computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will determine the time at which an entry is received.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the State of Hawaii who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and a HawaiianMiles member at the time of entry ("Eligible Participant" and/or "Entrant"). Sponsor, Barclays Bank Delaware, Bank of Hawaii, and their respective parent companies, related subsidiaries and affiliated companies, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and the members of their immediate families (including spouses, members of stepfamilies, and their respective spouses regardless of residence), and individuals living in the same households, whether related or not, of the above, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Each Entrant by participating in the Sweepstakes agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions made it its sole discretion. The Sweepstakes is valid only in the State of Hawaii and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Hawaii state law governs this Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER:
To enter an Entrant must be a member of the HawaiianMiles program at time of entry and award. If you don't already have a HawaiianMiles account visit HawaiianAirlines.com/HawaiianMiles to create one; creating an account is free and easy. By submitting your information and creating a HawaiianMiles account, you agree to the HawaiianMiles program rules and conditions and privacy policy. If you do not agree to such program rules and conditions and privacy policy, you cannot become a HawaiianMiles Program member, and you may not participate in this Sweepstakes.

There are two (2) ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period:

1 - Automatic Entry: An Eligible Participant will automatically receive a Sweepstakes entry for an eligible purchase made with an eligible Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite MasterCard®, Bankoh Hawaiian Airlines® Visa® Debit Card, or Hawaiian Airlines® Business MasterCard® (collectively, “HawaiianMiles Cards”) during the Sweepstakes Period at a participating Hele or 76 gas station merchant location in the State of Hawaii. Only purchases made with a HawaiianMiles Card that is not in default under the customer agreement for that account and that is issued by Barclays Bank Delaware or Bank of Hawaii, and processed through Visa U.S.A. Inc.'s or MasterCard's transaction-processing system during the Sweepstakes Period are eligible for automatic entry ("qualified purchase"). In the event of a dispute as to who submitted a particular cardmember entry, such entry will be deemed to be submitted by the primary person in whose name the card used to enter the Sweepstakes was issued. ATM transactions, account adjustment transactions/returns, cash advances, balance transfers, non-U.S.-dollar purchases, purchases authorized by entering a PIN (Personal Identification Number), and payment of late fees or over-limit fees are excluded from automatic entry. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply. Purchases made using HawaiianMiles Cards or card numbers that are stolen, fraudulent, tampered with, or otherwise altered are not eligible for automatic entry. Purchases must be completed by 11:59:59 PM HST on January 31, 2017, in order to be eligible and a qualified purchase.

2 - Non-Purchase Entry: An Eligible Participant may receive a Sweepstakes entry by logging on www.HawaiianAirlines.com/GasSweepstakes and following the on-screen entry instructions. Each entry must be manually key stroked. Non-Purchase Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM HST on January 31, 2017.

Each Entrant shall have one entry. Additional eligible purchases and qualified purchases and additional non-purchase entries will not increase your chances of winning. By submitting an entry, Entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules. Each individual entry may be submitted only by a single Entrant. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

RANDOM DRAWING:
On or about February 20th, 2017, a random drawing from among all eligible automatic and non-purchase entries received will be conducted by Hawaiian Airlines Inc. for each of the three (3) prizes. Decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. 

PRIZES:
There are a total of three prizes.  One (1) Grand Prize HawaiianMiles Winner: One Million (1,000,000) HawaiianMiles. One (1) Grand Prize Hele Gas Winner: 1 Year of Free Gas (given in the form of a gift card in the amount of $2600) for use at any Hele gas station in the State of Hawaii. One (1) Grand Prize 76 Gas Winner: 1 Year of Free Gas (given in the form of a gift card in the amount of $2600) at any 76 gas station in the State of Hawaii. Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the HawaiianMiles Grand Prize: $27,500. Total ARV of the Hele gas gift card prize: $2600.  Total ARV of the 76 gas gift card prize: $2600.

The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the affidavit and release. Limit one (1) prize per person. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in these Official Rules. Winners are responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes on the prizes. Prizes will be awarded within 8 – 10 weeks of being confirmed as a winner. All details of prizes not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Except as provided herein, no cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of comparable or greater retail value may be awarded at the Sponsor’s sole discretion; provided, however, that if a prize is awarded but unclaimed or forfeited by the winner, the prize may or may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor's sole discretion. By accepting prize, prize winners acknowledge and agree to compliance with these Official Rules.

Miles accrued, awards, and benefits issued are subject to change and are subject to the rules of the HawaiianMiles program. Sponsor may change the HawaiianMiles Program at any time and without notice, which changes may include without limitation, changes to the rules, regulations, travel awards and special offers or a termination the HawaiianMiles Program. Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products or services of other participating companies. Neither the sweepstakes nor anything herein contained shall constitute a partnership between, or joint venture by, the Sponsors. Taxes and fees related to award travel are the responsibility of the participant. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
Each potential Grand Prize winner will be notified within three (3) business days or as soon as reasonable practicable of the drawing by email to the email address provided by the Entrant and will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and any releases as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (which releases may include at a minimum, a liability and publicity release), and an IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner's prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law. Failure to return any documents requested within five (5) days following the date of issuance of the email notification or following the date of request may result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any return of a prize notification as undeliverable or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in such potential winner being disqualified. Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that participant, and an alternate potential winner may be determined. Sponsor shall have no responsibility for illegible, inaccurate or other failures with regard to the email address provided by the Entrant. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, and photographs/likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. If a potential winner (i) cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by  Sponsor (as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion); (ii) refuses the prize; and/or (iii) the prize or prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to be deemed a winner in the Sweepstakes and to receive the prize, and that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected through a random drawing by the Sponsor from the remaining eligible entries. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Except where prohibited by law, the winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, and biographical information without further compensation.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Electronically reproduced, mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. By participating, Entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check of any and all records of potential winner, including, without limitation, civil and criminal court records and police reports, and entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant's permission for Sponsor to conduct such background check, provided that, to the extent additional authorization is necessary under law, potential winner shall authorize such check. Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify potential winner based on the results of the background check or failure to properly authorize such check. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder from which the entry is made. Caution: Any attempt by an Entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prize (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto) that may be awarded. This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of Hawaii.  Sponsor shall not be responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes related materials; or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or illegible entries; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, or process any transaction thereon. If in the Sponsor's opinion, for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual (and void the individual’s entry and/or prevent the individual from future participation) who tampers with the entry process and/or who is acting in violation of these Official Rules, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and at Sponsor's discretion conduct the drawing to award the prize(s) using all eligible non-suspect transactions and entries received as of the termination date. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that: a.) under no circumstances will Entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b.) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and c.) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event shall Entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures at its sole discretion.

PRIVACY:
Information collected from Entrants will be used only for the purpose of operating the Sweepstakes consistent with the Official Rules, notifying potential winners and awarding prizes, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor or any third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and promotional material from Sponsor or a third party. By participating in the sweepstakes, participant hereby consents to such use of his or her information.  Once the Sweepstakes, including any known or unknown extensions of the Sweepstakes, has ended, all information supplied by Entrants will be removed from the database.

A list of winners will be posted to www.HawaiianAirlines.com/GasSweepstakes on or about 02/20/2017.

The Information We Collect

Personally-Identifiable Information.

When you book with Hawaiian Airlines, or use HawaiianAirlines.com to make an online travel reservation, you may be asked by Hawaiian Airlines or an agent on behalf of Hawaiian Airlines to provide certain personally-identifiable information such as your name, billing address, email address, telephone numbers, credit card number, billing information, dietary requirements and health information relevant to your travel. We will also collect the names and email addresses of any companions who will be traveling on the reservation that you create. This information is used by Hawaiian Airlines and its vendors for purposes such as processing and confirming your reservation, issue boarding passes and tickets, bill you for the services you purchase, notify you of any flight changes and cancellations, and notify you and your travel companions of opportunities to enroll in our HawaiianMiles program and of discounted air travel offers and other special offers that we think may be of interest. We also collect your date of birth and gender as part of the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Secure Flight program and we may also use that information for our operational purposes.  By providing personally-identifiable information to Hawaiian Airlines you consent to the collection of information provided by you or on your behalf, and to the use and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 

HawaiianMiles Member Enrollment Information.

When you enroll in our HawaiianMiles program, we collect certain personally-identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, and phone numbers. When you enroll, you will also have an opportunity to sign up for Hawaiian Airlines email updates about special discounted air fares, travel specials, Hawaiian Airlines MasterCard® credit and Bankoh Hawaiian Airlines Visa® check card programs, HawaiianMiles Partner programs, and other communications. The information you provide when you enroll is used for purposes such as establishing your HawaiianMiles account, ensuring that you receive appropriate mileage credit for travel purchases and purchases of qualifying products and services from participating Partners, communicating with you about your account status, and to send you any updates you request and to notify you of special offers and promotions we think may be of interest to you. Children may become members of HawaiianMiles but may not submit personally-identifiable information through this site. Any information regarding HawaiianMiles account members 13 years of age and under must be submitted by their parent or legal guardian.

On occasion, we may provide contact information for our HawaiianMiles members to certain third party mailers and e-mailers we rely on to notify you of special offers and ways to earn travel awards through HawaiianMiles. We select these third parties carefully and require them to establish safeguards to protect the privacy of our customers and the confidentiality of the information we share. If you wish to unsubscribe your email address from the lists that we use to send promotional email offers to HawaiianMiles members, please visit our Unsubscribe page or click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of each email. Members can also modify email preferences at any time and subscribe to or unsubscribe from any promotional email update services that we offer by logging into ‘My Account’ and accessing our Email Update/Account Info page. HawaiianMiles Airlines Passwords and Personal Identification Numbers (PINs).

When you enroll in HawaiianMiles via the Internet, you will be asked to select a password. You may also be asked to record the answer to a secret security question that can be used to obtain a temporary password in the event that you forget your password in the future. You may also be asked to supply a PIN if you use our telephone Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Your password and PIN are intended to protect your account information from future unauthorized access. Hawaiian Airlines will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or otherwise disclosed passwords or PINs. Additionally, Hawaiian Airlines will not replace or reinstate any flight credits or HawaiianMiles, partner miles, or program awards that are generated or redeemed through the unauthorized use of your PIN or password. Accordingly, you should guard your password and PIN carefully and not provide them to anyone. 

Travel Companion and Stored Credit Card Information.

If you enroll in HawaiianMiles, you can choose to establish a personal profile that stores information about your travel companions and the credit cards that you use to book your travel arrangements. This is an optional service and is provided for your convenience. You are not required to store any information in your profile about your travel companions or credit cards to become a HawaiianMiles member or to use our website to make online reservations. However, if you choose to store this information in your profile, you generally will be able to complete the online reservation process more quickly. We use the information you store in your personal profile to pre-populate certain data fields in the online forms we use during the reservation process (so as to eliminate the need for you to retype the same information multiple times), to perform a variety of booking functions, and to bill you for the services that you purchase. When you store travel companion information in your profile, you will be asked to enter the first and last names of your travel companions, information about their age and frequent flyer program enrollment status and account numbers. To store credit card information in your profile, we ask for your credit card type, card number, expiration date, billing address(es) and a credit card “nickname” (e.g., “My Platinum MasterCard”) that you can use to quickly recognize your account. Credit card information is stored in an encrypted form. (See “Security” below for more details regarding our encryption practices.) You can modify, update or delete stored travel companion or credit card information in your profile at any time by logging into ‘My Account’ and accessing the Update Travel Companions page and/or Update Payment Info page.

Group Travel Information.

If you use our website to inquire about the availability of special group fares for wedding parties, organizations, event attendees or other special interest groups, we will ask you to provide certain contact information, including your name, address, email address, and phone and fax numbers, as well as certain details about your organization, wedding or other planned event related to your group air travel needs. We may also ask you to describe any special requests or requirements that you or anyone in your group may have in connection with your group travel plans. We will use this information to evaluate your group air travel needs and to contact you with a fare quote and flight availability information. 

Travel Agent Registration Information.

If you are a travel agent, you can use our website to register to receive email alerts and other notifications about special fares, commissions and other news. To register for these updates, we will request your ARC/CLIA number and your contact information, including your name, telephone and fax numbers, address, and email address. We will also request information about the nature of your agency, as well as the volume of sales that your agency has generated for Hawaiian Airlines. This information is used to send you the notifications you request and to help us design offers and incentives that are appropriate for you and your agency. 

Sweepstakes and Other Promotions.

From time to time, we may offer sweepstakes or other promotions on our website. If you enter a sweepstakes or promotional contest, we'll ask you to provide information about yourself (such as your name, address, and email address). Among other things, we'll need this information to contact you if you win and announce the identities of the winners. We may also use this information for marketing purposes. We may share this information with co-sponsors, shipping or fulfillment companies or other third-party service providers who are responsible for some aspects of administering our promotions, such as conducting drawings and/or delivering prizes to winners. If you don't want us to collect the information requested in the contest or sweepstakes registration form, please do not enter the contest or sweepstakes. 

Email.

Whether or not you enroll in HawaiianMiles, you may be invited to sign up to receive email updates regarding the availability of discounted fares and special offers from Hawaiian and our Partners. When you register for these email updates, we will collect certain information which may include your email address, zip/postal code and the name of the country where you reside. We may also ask you to select from a menu the types of offers that you wish to receive. We hope that you will find any email updates that you receive to be interesting and valuable. However, it is easy to unsubscribe from any email update service that you request. Each email update you receive will contain instructions on how to unsubscribe from future offers by using a reply email address or hyperlink to an email preferences page on our website. You may change your preferences at any time by visiting our Unsubscribe page. Members can also modify email preferences at any time and subscribe to or unsubscribe from any promotional email update services that we offer by logging in to ‘My Account’ and accessing our Email Update/Account Info page. Information We Collect Using Cookies.

To help us tailor our website to the needs and interests of our visitors, we keep track of the pages visited by our users by placing a cookie, a very small text file, on our visitors’ hard drives.
