Truck Stop Thursday is popular with locals who are on their way home from work, or beer-loving visitors who enjoy a celebratory atmosphere.
Normally, Kauai Beer Company offers a farm-to-table, beer-driven menu.
But every Thursday evening, three food trucks park in front of the craft brewery.
There’s usually five KBC beers on tap, which have included Lihue Lager, Summer Saison and Kokobopo, an oak-aged porter.
The food trucks rotate every week, but Nom Breakfast & Burgers, Kickshaws, Ally’s Cocina and JC’s Puerto Rican Kitchen have made appearances.
