Starlink internet is now rolling out on select A321neo aircraft between Hawaii and the Continental U.S., giving you easy access to high-speed Wi-Fi — free of charge. We expect this service to be available on all of our A330 and A321neo aircraft by the end of 2024.

How to connect

Rolling out the
Wi-Fi
Our crews are working diligently to upgrade our transpacific aircraft with Starlink Internet service by the end of 2024.
- As you board your flight, look for the Starlink decal on the door, indicating that internet service is available.
- We anticipate all our transpacific aircraft, including international planes, will be equipped with Starlink Wi-Fi service by the end of 2024.
- This service is offered free of charge.
- As soon as you step on board, you’ll be able to connect to the "Starlink Internet on Hawaiian Airlines" Wi-Fi network on your personal devices, just as you would on the ground.
- Hawaiian Airlines prohibits video or voice calls while onboard our aircraft.
- Yes. With Starlink Wi-Fi, you can access the internet as you would at home.
- All personal devices that allow for Wi-Fi connection can take advantage of Starlink Wi-Fi.
- Please check to ensure that your Wi-Fi is enabled and that the "Starlink Internet on Hawaiian Airlines" Wi-Fi network is available and connected.
- Unfortunately, this type of issue is outside of our immediate control. We apologize in advance should this occur and will work with Starlink to address these kinds of issues in the future.
