While on board, guests can enjoy everything from customized meal service to company-branded elements to create an extra-special experience onboard. Examples of services we can provide include:
- Customized beverage, snack and meal service selections.
- Company-branded logo items can be used in-flight (examples include napkins, beverage cups and corporate gifts).
- Tailored welcome messages from the charterer handed to guests by Hawaiian Airlines gate staff and/or crew members.
- Free access to First Class and Extra Comfort seats for your VIP guests.
- Select foreign language speaking crew members may be requested.
FAQs
- Am I able to book a charter to airports that are not currently served by Hawaiian Airlines?
- Yes. You’re welcome to request charters to airports that Hawaiian does not currently fly to. Please inquire if you have specific markets in mind.
- Can I select the schedule that best fits the departure date and time for my group?
- Yes. We’re happy to customize your flight dates and times to meet your needs. Please provide those details and we’ll do our best to create a schedule just for you.
- Do we need to fill the entire aircraft in order to charter it?
- No, you do not need to fill the entire aircraft. Charters can range from just a few guests to a full flight.
- Is a charter a good option for a group of 10-15?
- The cost of a charter is based on the use of the aircraft itself, regardless of the number of guests on board. If there are budgetary concerns, for smaller groups, you may want to consider a group booking.
- Do we also need to pay for checked baggage or any other fees?
- No, you do not need to pay for checked baggage as it is included in the overall charter price. However, please note that any changes to the charter schedule, as well as any cancellations, are subject to penalties and/or fees.
- How far in advance do I need to request a charter?
- We ask that requests are submitted for review approximately 11 months in advance to allow for scheduling and planning to meet the needs of your charter. During certain times of the year, we do have close-in availability and can operate a charter with as little as 48 hours' notice.
