Longer Prior Notice Time Limit for Neighbor Island Refund Requests

Effective March 1, 2015, the benefit to refund Corporate Neighbor Island refundable ticketed fares will change. Refund requests must be made no later than 72 hours prior to the first flight’s departure time on the ticket.

Please continue to cancel Corporate reservations that will not be utilized inside the 72 hours.

Unused Corporate Neighbor Island ticketed fares that qualify will continue to have no change fee and may be used up to one year from the date of issue, subject to any fare difference, for another employee and another one of Hawaiian Airlines’ Neighbor Island routes.

Ensure you are getting Corporate benefits. Please check to see that you are still logged in after a being away from your computer or the site for period of time. Also, please check that you are viewing and selecting fares from the Corporate Neighbor Island Tier 1/2/3 Fares ecertificate or other Corporate ecertificate which appears above the fare grid.

Tickets purchased without using a Corporate ecertificate (you would have to select No Discount Applied), although bought via the Corporate Website are not subject to special Corporate fare rules and waivers. The normal fare rules and fees will apply. This may include any promotional fare sales tickets.

If you’re unable to locate your flight confirmation email, you can request receipts by contacting our Reservations Department. This functionality on our website is temporarily unavailable.

The Corporate Program refund and change fee waiver benefits do not apply to Mainland and International tickets purchased via the Corporate Website. Normal fare rules and fee apply to these tickets.

Corporate baggage fee exemption does not apply on any of Hawaiian Airlines’ codeshare flights operated by other carriers.

To ensure you get the Corporate baggage fee exemption, when you require a Hawaiian Airlines’ Airport Agent’s assistance at check-in, please advise the Agent that you are booked via the Corporate Website and exempt from the first and second checked baggage fees. The Corporate baggage fee exemption is automated for check-in via our website or our self-service kiosk at our domestic airport locations.

Changes to your company’s information must be submitted in writing to your Hawaiian Airlines Sales Manager via email, fax or mail. Please allow 24 hours Mon-Fri for processing the change.


Information Update Form Available to Print from the Corporate Website

We’ve added an update form to the Corporate Website. You may complete and submit the online form or print, complete and fax, also from printing the online form. Click on the "Information Update Form" link in the left column menu after logging in to your portal. Changes to your company’s information must be submitted in writing to your Hawaiian Airlines Sales Manager or your Island’s Hawaiian Airlines Sales Office via email, fax or mail, please see below. Please allow 24 hours from receipt, Mon-Fri to process the change.

Multi-City Option Limitation

Currently, the Multi-City booking option does not work with the Corporate ecertificates for itineraries with three or more segments or for non-connecting flights between the Neighbor Islands and the Mainland.  However, it will work if your itinerary is a single or double open Jaw with only 2 segments wholly Neighbor Island or wholly Mainland.  Open Jaw is a flight itinerary where the departure city is different on the way out than the return (HNL/LIH/OGG), vice versa (HNL/LIH  OGG/HNL) or all departure and arrival airports are different in a roundtrip (LIH/OGG  ITO/HNL).


Printing Receipts from Past Travel Purchases

A feature has been added to our website allowing you to view and print a receipt for a past travel purchase. The receipt will be available for up to 9 months after the travel date. You are not required to sign in to the site, just select “View Receipts” under “Manage”. You will need the ticket number and the passenger’s last name. Click the "View Receipt" link below to take you directly to the page. View Receipt


Corporate Desk NEW Hours of Operation:

Effective June 1, 2013, our Corporate Desk hours of operations changed to daily, from 5:00am to 6:00pm Hawaii Standard Time (HST). Please log-in to the Corporate website for the Corporate Desk toll free telephone number. For urgent assistance after hours, please call our General Reservations line.


Generic Vacation Package Offer on Corporate Website

Multiple components and other vendor agreements do not allow for special waivers to apply to vacation packages. Thus, Corporate Program benefits, special rules and waivers do not apply to packages purchased via the Corporate website. Unfortunately, we are unable to disable the generic option since it is on our General Public website and the Corporate site intersects our General Public site.
