Please allow up to 48 hours for your Premier Club Membership status to be updated. A Premier Club Membership Welcome Kit will be generated and delivered within 4-6 weeks. Included in the kit are your personalized Premier Club Membership card, two baggage tags and one-time access passes to The Plumeria Lounge. Entry into the Premier Club lounge is granted by showing proof of your active Premier Club Membership status by using your membership card, boarding pass, HawaiianMiles number, or native mobile app.
