If your flight is departing within 24 hours, seat assignments must be done during check-in online or at the airport.
If I'm not able to select a seat, should I call Hawaiian Airlines Reservations? Unfortunately, if the seat you want is not available online, it will not be available over the phone either.
Why can't I select a seat? It's normal for some seats on a flight to be held in reserve (unassigned) until the day of departure. If you are unable to a select a seat now, you will be assigned a seat from this reserve either when you check in or at the gate area.
Does this mean that the flight is oversold ? No. Lack of a seat does not mean that your flight is oversold or that you are likely to be "bumped." We'll assign a seat to you at check in or at the gate area.
Will I be able to sit with my travel companion? We do our best, but we can't guarantee it.
