Travel waiver for Tropical Storm Calvin

Due to disruptions expected from inclement weather anticipated from Tropical Storm Calvin, travel waiver has been issued for flights to/from Kona (KOA) and Hilo (ITO) departing July 19 – 20, 2023 HST

• Reschedule your flight at no additional cost:
  If you are traveling on Hawaiian Airlines to/from Kona (KOA) or Hilo (ITO) between July 19 -20, 2023 HST, you can reschedule your flight to new dates, no change fees will be charged, and we’ll waive any applicable fare difference and other fees related to changes or guest servicing on the same city pair for travel and same cabin of service. Tickets must be rebooked into the same compartment (Main Cabin or Business Cabin) by July 23, 2023, and travel must recommence by July 30, 2023 HST.


• Cancel your flight and use the value as credit towards a new ticket:
  Cancel your flight now and you’ll keep the unused value of the ticket until the ticket expires*. Upon rebooking a new flight, no change fees will be charged, but a fare difference may apply.
