Reporting of Sexual Assault of Harassment Incidents

We respect the privacy and wellbeing of our guests and employees. We do not tolerate inappropriate verbal, digital, or physical conduct of any kind, including harassment, sexual harassment, invasive photography/videography, assault, and sexual assault. We encourage guests to report unwelcome behavior to an employee immediately.

If a guest feels uncomfortable reporting about these issues to an employee, they may report anonymously to the Hawaiian Airlines’ Ethics and Compliance hotline at 1-888-738-1915 or online at https://hawaiianairlines.com/ethicsreporting. Guests may also report any incident to the FBI at tips.fbi.gov or 1-800-CALL-FBI or contact their local FBI office. Any crime committed onboard is considered a federal offense.
