One (1) certificate is good for a one-way flight between Hawaii and
any Hawaiian Airlines destination that is less than or equal to 3,500 flight miles. Two (2) certificates are good for a one-way flight between Hawaii and any Hawaiian Airlines destination that is greater than 3,500 flight miles. |

A member may not hold more than one elite membership type. Membership will automatically default to the higher level.
*This applies to flights scheduled and operated by Hawaiian Airlines and does not apply to charter flights, airline partner flights, HawaiianMiles partners, or bonus miles. Qualification for Pualani Elite status is required each calendar year. Members that qualify in the current year will receive full benefits for the following year. Pualani Elite members will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Pualani Elite program. Qualifying flights must be earned on a revenue fare that earns HawaiianMiles. Mileage award travel, promotional tickets, or industry discounted tickets are not eligible.
1Priority TSA Security Lines are located in Honolulu, New York, Oakland, Phoenix, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, and Seattle. Must present proof of Pualani Elite status via mobile app or boarding pass to TSA agent.
2Pualani Platinum members must be traveling on a main cabin ticket departing Honolulu to Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Pago Pago, Papeete or Rarotonga. Please present your boarding pass to the lounge agent prior to entering the lounge.
3Baggage Rules and Restrictions apply.
4When traveling on a Main Cabin Basic fare between the Hawaiian Islands, you will earn the standard flight miles.
5Excludes Main Cabin Basic tickets. Bonus miles earned do not count toward future elite status qualification.
6Same-day standby benefit between the Hawaiian Islands not applicable when traveling on a Main Cabin Basic fare.
