  You don’t need to take any action. On Oct. 1, 2025, a new account will be created for you in Atmos Rewards. • Will the HawaiianMiles program continue to exist and if so, until when?
  The HawaiianMiles program and its benefits will remain unchanged through Sept. 30, 2025, and you may continue to enjoy your Pualani Elite, Premier Club, Huaka‘i by Hawaiian and Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Mastercard® benefits as before.
  
  On Oct. 1, 2025, HawaiianMiles will fully transition into Atmos Rewards. While the HawaiianMiles branding will phase out, your miles, status, Huaka‘i by Hawaiian benefits and credit card benefits will automatically come along.
• Are my HawaiianMiles still valid?

• What happens on October 1? What should I do?
  On October 1, HawaiianMiles transitions to Atmos Rewards. Here’s what that means for current HawaiianMiles members.
  
  Your HawaiianMiles account will transition to Atmos Rewards.

  • Your Atmos Rewards number is your former Alaska Mileage Plan number. If you do not have an Alaska Mileage Plan number or if you have an Alaska Mileage Plan number but do not link it with your HawaiianMiles account by September 26, a new Atmos Rewards number will be created for you. Your HawaiianMiles number will no longer be used.
  • Your miles will automatically be transferred to Atmos Rewards points, at a 1:1 ratio.
  • Your Pualani Elite status will automatically be transferred to the equivalent status in Atmos Rewards.
  • Premier Club members will automatically be awarded Atmos Silver status.

  Use your Atmos Rewards number on bookings created on or after October 1.

  • Current reservations for travel after September 30 will automatically be updated with your Atmos Rewards number.
  • For new bookings that are for travel on or after October 1, please be sure to use your Atmos Rewards number. Your HawaiianMiles number will no longer be valid.

• Is there anything I need to do after linking my HawaiianMiles and Atmos Rewards accounts?
  Mahalo for linking accounts. You’re prepared for the transition on October 1. We will track your elite-qualifying miles (now called status points in Atmos Rewards) in both programs and award status in HawaiianMiles and Atmos Rewards based on your combined balance, however your EQMs won't actually be moved from HawaiianMiles to Atmos until October 1. Because you linked accounts, you’ve ensured the most seamless access to your miles on October 1.
  
  You are welcome to convert your HawaiianMiles miles to Atmos Rewards points at any point. On October 1, any miles you, and your HawaiianMiles EQMs earned year to date will be moved over as well.

• What benefits do I get?
  By linking your accounts, you will be eligible for a status match. We will either match your existing status in either program or award status in both programs based on your combined elite-qualifying miles (called status points in Atmos), whichever is higher.
• How long does it take for my status to be updated?
  Allow up to 72 hours for your status to be reflected in your account.
• Are there any restrictions on who can participate in this status match?
  Yes. Guests currently participating in a status match or fast-track challenge are ineligible until they’ve completed the challenge requirements.
• Do combined 2025 status points (elite-qualifying miles) count towards Atmos Rewards milestones?
  Prior to Oct. 1, 2025, only status points (EQMs) earned directly through Atmos Rewards qualify towards milestones. Once HawaiianMiles is combined into Atmos Rewards on October 1, your combined status points (elite-qualifying miles) balance will count toward milestones in Atmos Rewards.

  Combined activity (including EQMs earned through the Hawaiian Airlines credit card) will be checked until mid-September.
• What will happen to my status when the Atmos Rewards and HawaiianMiles programs are combined into a single loyalty program?
  When the programs are combined, equivalent status will be granted in the new program through the end of the respective status validity period.
• What happens when the Atmos Rewards and HawaiianMiles programs are combined into a single loyalty program?

• What are the validity periods for the matched statuses?
  • For status matched based on 2024 activity: Atmos Rewards status is valid through Dec. 31, 2025, and HawaiianMiles status is valid through Sept. 30, 2025. From Oct. 1, 2025, HawaiianMiles status will transition to the equivalent status in Atmos Rewards with an expiration date of Dec. 31, 2025.

• Can the terms and conditions of this offer change?
  Yes, the offer is subject to change without notice. All terms and conditions of the Atmos Rewards and HawaiianMiles programs apply.
• Through this status match promotion, will I receive the bonus miles or Choice Benefits associated with Atmos Platinum and Atmos Titanium status?
  No, members who qualify for Atmos Platinum and Atmos Titanium status through this promotion are not eligible for the choice benefits, however members that have earned 100,000 elite qualifying miles (status points) YTD will be eligible to select a 100K milestone benefit on Oct 1.

• How do I log in to my account after linking my Atmos Rewards and HawaiianMiles accounts?
  You can log in to either your Atmos Rewards account or HawaiianMiles account using your existing individual account credentials. The linked status and benefits will be reflected in both accounts.
• Will I need to create a new login after linking my accounts?
  No. You will continue to use your existing login credentials for both your Atmos Rewards and HawaiianMiles accounts.
• What will my account page look like after linking?
  After linking, your account will display your updated status in both your Atmos Rewards and HawaiianMiles accounts. The corresponding benefits and status will also be reflected. Your available miles will remain the same.
• Will I receive notifications about my status and benefits after linking?
  You will receive notifications and updates about your status via your selected communication channels in your Atmos Rewards and HawaiianMiles accounts.
• Can I unlink my accounts if I change my mind?
  Yes, you can unlink your accounts by contacting customer service for either Alaska Airlines or Hawaiian Airlines. However, any matched status may be affected.
  
  Please note, if you unlink your accounts and do not relink by September 25, a new account in Atmos Rewards will be created for you.

• I tried linking my accounts, but it's not working. What should I do?
  • Double-check that you have entered the correct information for both accounts.
  • Verify that your accounts are in good standing and not currently under any restrictions
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try linking again.
  • Try using a different browser or device.
  • If the problem persists, contact customer support for assistance. Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines customer service teams can help resolve any technical issues.
• What should I do if I receive an error message while linking my accounts?
  • Ensure all required fields are filled out.
  • Check for any typos or incorrect information.
  • If the error persists, contact customer support and provide them with the error message details for further assistance.

• What happens from September 26 onward? What should I do?
  In preparation for HawaiianMiles to transition to Atmos Rewards, HawaiianMiles members will be unable to log in to their accounts from Sept. 26–30, 2025. Click here to learn more.
• What is not impacted on September 26-30?
  No changes will occur to the following during the period of Sept. 26–30, 2025:

  • Pualani Elite benefits will continue through Sept. 30, 2025, including the redemption of Platinum upgrade certificates.
  • Huaka‘i by Hawaiian and Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Mastercard® discount codes may be redeemed with reservations. If you would like to book your flight using one of these promo codes, you may contact Reservations for assistance at 1-800-367-5320.
  • All other Huaka‘i by Hawaiian and Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Mastercard® benefits will continue to operate as normal during this time period, including free checked bag benefits. 

• Can I continue to earn HawaiianMiles on Hawaiian Airlines flights?
  Yes, to earn HawaiianMiles on Hawaiian Airlines-operated flights, continue to use your HawaiianMiles number on your reservations, and you will earn HawaiianMiles through Sept. 30, 2025. You may book on either HawaiianAirlines.com or AlaskaAir.com. After Sept. 30, 2025, miles will accrue in Atmos Rewards.
• How do I earn HawaiianMiles on Alaska Airlines flights?
  When booking an Alaska Airlines operated flight, enter your HawaiianMiles number on your reservation.Learn more here.You may book on either HawaiianAirlines.com or AlaskaAir.com. For travel after Sept. 30, 2025, all miles will be accrued in Atmos Rewards.
• As a HawaiianMiles member, can I earn miles on Alaska’s global airline partners or on oneworld airline partners?
  While you cannot earn HawaiianMiles when flying with Alaska's partners, you can use your Atmos Rewards number to earn when flying on Alaska’s global partners, and can seamlessly transfer miles between your Atmos Rewards account and HawaiianMiles account at a 1:1 ratio for no charge. Make sure you have an account in both HawaiianMiles and Atmos Rewards. Miles can only be transferred between accounts owned by the same individual. Transfer now.
• Which frequent flyer program should I place on my booking?
  Simply use the frequent flier number associated with the airline that you are flying. For example, if you are flying on Hawaiian Airlines or a HawaiianMiles partner, use your HawaiianMiles number. If you are flying on Alaska or an Alaska Global partner, use your Atmos Rewards number.

• Will I continue to be able to redeem HawaiianMiles for Hawaiian Airlines flights?
  From now through Sept. 25, 2025 you’ll continue to be able to use HawaiianMiles for Hawaiian Airlines flights. From Sept. 26–30, 2025, redeeming miles for award flights will be unavailable on HawaiianAirlines.com or via the HawaiianMiles Service Center. If you need to book an award ticket during this time, please do the following prior to September 26:

  1. Create an Atmos Rewards account for free, here.
  2. Transfer your miles from your HawaiianMiles account to your Atmos Rewards account
  3. You may then redeem points from your Atmos Rewards account for a Hawaiian Airlines award flight on AlaskaAir.com.

  On October 1, your HawaiianMiles will be automatically be converted into Atmos Rewards at a 1:1 ratio. This means that for every HawaiianMiles mile you have, you'll receive an equivalent number of points in Atmos Rewards. You will then be able to redeem those points to book flights on both Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines, as well as on partner airlines.
• Will I continue to be able to redeem HawaiianMiles for First Class/Business Class upgrades on Hawaiian Airlines flights?
  You may continue to redeem miles for First Class/Business Class upgrades on Hawaiian Airlines operated flights through Sept. 25. Upgrades with points (miles) will be unavailable in Atmos Rewards. However you may still redeem points for a First Class ticket or pay for an upgrade. And if you are a status holder, you’ll be eligible for complimentary First Class upgrades based on availability on all Alaska flights beginning October 1, and for complimentary upgrades on Hawaiian flights beginning in the spring.
• Can I redeem my HawaiianMiles on Alaska Airlines flights?
  Prior to the combination of the programs, you can transfer your miles to Atmos Rewards points to book flights on AlaskaAir.com for Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines flights, as well as on partner airlines within the Atmos Rewards network. This expansion provides more options for redeeming your miles.

• I have the Hawaiian Airlines credit card. Will my card benefits work on Alaska Airlines flights?
  Your Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Mastercard® will continue to be valid, and we look forward to expanding more benefits across both airlines. We have already expanded the utility of some of your benefits and now you earn 3 miles per $1 when you use your card on Alaska Airlines purchases, and Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Mastercard® primary card holders will receive two free checked bags when using their card to book Alaska Airlines-operated flights.*
  
  Companion award benefits will be available for use on either Hawaiian- or Alaska- operated flights beginning later this fall.
• I have the Hawaiian Airlines credit card. Will my card be canceled?
  No, your Hawaiian Airlines credit card will continue to function as it does today. There are no changes to the Hawaiian Airlines credit card program or your cardmember benefits, except that after Sept. 30, 2025, points (formerly miles) earned on the card will go to your Atmos Rewards account rather than to HawaiianMiles.
• Are my Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Mastercard® discount codes still valid?
  Your current Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Mastercard® discount codes are valid for use on HawaiianAirlines.com through September 25.
  
  Beginning September 26, HawaiianMiles account login will be unavailable, and your discount code will be unusable on HawaiianAirlines.com. If you plan to use your discount code online, please do so prior to September 26. We’ll match your status and track your elite-qualifying miles (EQMs) in both programs. You should use your Atmos Rewards number to receive elite recognition.
• Will my HawaiianMiles elite-qualifying miles (EQMs) count toward my Atmos Rewards status?
  Yes, your EQMs from Hawaiian Airlines will count toward your Atmos Rewards status. This means that your combined EQMs from both airlines will be considered when determining your elite status level. Link your account.
• Will I have the same status level when the programs combine?

  Pualani Elite members will become status members in Atmos Rewards. As a status member, you’ll continue to receive many of the benefits you’ve historically enjoyed as a Pualani Elite member, including bonus miles on travel, free bags, priority boarding and security, access to preferred seating, complimentary upgrades to Extra Comfort seating and more. You’ll also be eligible for exciting new benefits like complimentary access to Premium Class seats on Alaska Airlines and American Airlines, complimentary First Class upgrades upon availability, and the ability to choose from a menu of perks when your reach milestones en route to and in between each status tier. • How do I earn status in Atmos Rewards?
  You will continue to earn elite status based on your accumulated elite qualifying miles (called status points in Atmos Rewards) within the calendar year.  Your HawaiianMiles status will be matched to the equivalent status in Atmos Rewards, and if your combined elite qualifying miles/status points in HawaiianMiles and Atmos Rewards qualify you for a higher status, you’ll receive that higher status.  See full details on status match here. 
  
  You don’t have to wait to start enjoying the benefits of status based on combined elite qualifying miles.  Link your accounts to receive an instant status match to Atmos Rewards.
  
  Although Atmos Rewards doesn’t currently award status based on segments flown, HawaiianMiles members as of Jan. 1, 2025 will continue to be able to qualify for status based on the total segments flown on Hawaiian operated flights in 2025, even if their elite qualifying miles don’t meet the minimum criteria for status.  Eligible members will receive Atmos Silver status with 30 segments flown in calendar year 2025, or Atmos Gold status with 60 segments flown in calendar year 2025.   
• Will I continue to have access to Premier Clubs?
  HawaiianMiles Pualani Elites and Premier Club members will continue to have access to Premier Clubs when traveling on Hawaiian Airlines through September 30, 2025. 
  
  Beginning October 1, 2025, Premier Club access will be reserved for those traveling on Hawaiian or Alaska operated flights and are: 

  • Huaka‘i members with status 
  • Huaka‘i members traveling on a First Class ticket 
• Will Pualani Platinum members continue to have access to The Plumeria Lounge when flying on an international main cabin ticket?
  Pualani Platinum members continue to have access to The Plumeria Lounge when traveling on an international main cabin ticket. Beginning October 1, Atmos Gold, Platinum, and Titanium status holders (plus a guest) will have access to The Plumeria Lounge when ticketed on a departing international flight.
• Will Pualani Platinum members continue to have access to international partner lounges when flying on an international main cabin ticket?
  International partner lounge access will remain unchanged until further notice.
  
  Beginning October 1, Atmos Gold, Platinum, and Titanium status holders (plus a guest) will have access to international partner lounges when flying on Hawaiian Airlines.
• What will happen to my Platinum upgrade certificates?
  From now through September 30, Platinum upgrade certificates will remain unchanged and may be redeemed for complimentary upgrades to First or Business Class. Learn more here.
  
  On October 1, available Platinum upgrade certificates will be converted into upgrade certificates within Atmos Rewards at a 1:1 ratio. They will be available for use on both Hawaiian and Alaska operated flights. More information will be shared on how to redeem on either carrier.  
  
  Converted upgrade certificates will retain their current expiration date. Former 2025 Platinum upgrade certificates will expire February 28, 2026 while former 2026 Platinum upgrade certificates will expire February 28, 2027.

• What is Huaka‘i by Hawaiian and how can I sign up?
  Huaka‘i by Hawaiian is our new benefits program, created exclusively for Hawaii residents. Huaka‘i refers to a journey with purpose, and offers exclusive travel benefits, including one free checked bag and quarterly fare discounts on Neighbor Island flights, as well as access to monthly network-wide fare deals. Membership is free – learn more and register now. From Sept. 26,–30, 2025, Huaka‘i by Hawaiian enrollment will be temporarily unavailable.
• How do I receive Huaka‘i by Hawaiian benefits?
  Through September 30, you must have your HawaiianMiles number on your reservation in order to receive the Huaka‘i free checked bag benefit. Your Atmos Rewards number will not qualify you for the Huaka‘i benefit.
  
  On Oct. 1, when HawaiianMiles transitions to Atmos Rewards, your Atmos Rewards number will qualify you for your Huaka‘i free checked bag benefit.

  When our two programs come together on October 1, we will also combine your lifetime miles across both programs toward the Million Miler milestone. At that time, if your combined lifetime flown miles balance exceeds 1 million miles, you will immediately become eligible for Million Miler benefits. In the meantime, any Hawaiian flights you credit to Atmos Rewards already count toward Million Miler.

• Will I be able to earn miles on oneworld and other global airline partners?
  You can earn miles on oneworld and global airline partner flights today by using your Atmos Rewards number.
• As of June 30, 2025, with which partners will I no longer be able to earn HawaiianMiles?
  The following partnerships are no longer eligible for earning HawaiianMiles as of June 30, 2025. Please note that Atmos Rewards includes many of the same or similar partners — overall it has a much larger portfolio of partners.

• Will I be able to earn with other partners within Atmos Rewards?
  Yes, by signing up for an Atmos Rewards account and linking your HawaiianMiles account, you’ll be able to earn with Alaska’s extensive portfolio of partners, including several of Hawaiian’s airline, hotel, car, and shopping partners.

• Can I expect any new benefits in Atmos Rewards?
  In the Atmos Rewards, you’ll become immediately eligible for all the generous benefits and features that Atmos Rewards was known for, including access to milestone rewards, the ability to earn elite-qualifying miles across a wide range of activities, and the ability to earn and redeem across more than 30 oneworld and global partner airline flights.Learn more about all that Atmos Rewards has to offer.
• How will Atmos Rewards affect my current HawaiianMiles benefits? Will my miles expire or become less valuable?
  HawaiianMiles will be converted to Atmos Rewards points at a 1:1 ratio. This means that for every HawaiianMiles you have, you'll receive an equivalent number of Atmos Rewards points. You are welcome to convert your HawaiianMiles miles into Atmos Rewards points from now through Sept. 25. Any miles you haven’t converted when HawaiianMiles is combined will be moved over for you. If you already have an Atmos Rewards account, be sure to link your accounts to ensure the most seamless access to your miles during the transition period. If you do not have an Atmos Rewards account, you do not need to create one, as one will be created for you and your miles and status will transfer automatically on Oct. 1.

• Will the Huaka’i by Hawaiian program and benefits continue once the programs are combined?
  Yes, Huaka'i by Hawaiian will continue once the programs are combined on October 1. It is our new benefits program, created exclusively for Hawaii residents. It is free to sign up for Huaka’i by Hawaiian, which comes with exclusive travel benefits, including one free checked bag and quarterly fare discounts on Neighbor Island flights, as well as access to monthly network-wide fare deals.  Learn more and register now. From Sept. 26,–30, 2025, Huaka‘i by Hawaiian enrollment will be temporarily unavailable. 
• Will the HawaiianMiles Neighbor Island bag discount continue once the programs are combined?
  When the loyalty programs are combined on October 1, the HawaiianMiles member discount on checked baggage will no longer be available. However, Hawaii residents should sign up for Huaka‘i by Hawaiian, which includes one free checked bag when traveling between the Neighbor Islands. Learn more and register now.
