Palace Saimin

This hidden gem spot serves up saimin late.

When the late-night craving for saimin hits, Palace Saimin has you covered. This hidden gem eatery is located in the Honolulu neighborhood of Kalihi.

The homey restaurant can be hard to find, and parking is limited, but once you’re eating the fresh-made saimin, with thin, curly noodles and strips of char sui, it is all worth it.

We also recommend the beef skewers. With bowls starting at $5, and hours from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., there’s even more reasons to make the journey.

Closed Sunday and Monday
