Ron and Krissi Miller own and operate Hukilau Lanai.

Ron is the executive chef while Krissi manages the front of the house.

The couple focuses on scratch-made food and exceptional service.

Allergies are easily accommodated and all fish has a green light from the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch program.

Every night, up to seven types of fresh Hawaiian fish are on the menu.

Popular dishes include Adam’s Original Poke Nachos with Kauai Coffee spiced and candied ahi with a coconut chipotle sauce.

The mixed grill entree changes, but has included grilled mahimahi, Kauai shrimp and clams served over jasmine rice with a fresh tomato dill sauce.
