Other classic tiki cocktails include the Blue Hawaii, Scorpion, and Plantation Punch, made with pineapple, orange, lime juice, and rum, but you can also find contemporary creations like the Pau Hana, a blend of lime, guava, and ginger-scented gin. Mama’s bar is open seating, but like the restaurant it often fills up, so reservations are recommended well in advance.
