We are in a period of unprecedented change for our industry and the world, and we are committed to managing this situation with mālama (care) for the well-being of our guests, our employees and our community.
Following the announcements by the Hawai‘i state government of a 14-day quarantine requirement for all arrivals into and within the state, as well as the current stay-at-home order for residents, we reduced our long-haul and Neighbor Islands schedules. We have kept a network of passenger and cargo flights that will continue to provide vital connectivity for guests traveling within the state.
For those who need to travel, the Hawai‘i state government has launched a web-based app called “Safe Travels,” for travelers who are subject to the 14-day quarantine to fill out the required travel information prior to their trip. We are also working to implement a comprehensive program of face covering, spacing and cleaning measures. More information can be found on our Keeping You Safe page, including details about our new face-covering requirement and boarding process, which began May 8.
The information below will help you navigate your personal travel decisions during this difficult time. You have our commitment to keep this page up to date with the latest about this rapidly changing situation.
