Premier Club Membership Terms & Conditions
  1. Members must enroll as individuals and not in the name of a corporation, or any other legal entity.
  2. A new membership is valid for 12 months from the enroll month and renewals shall be valid for 12 months from the current expiration date unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
  3. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, purchases with HawaiianMiles are not eligible for redeposit
  4. Each member will receive a membership card and two personalized luggage tags.
  5. Membership cards can be used only by the individual whose name is printed on the card. Hawaiian Airlines representatives may confiscate the membership cards that are expired or presented by anyone other than the member.
  6. Hawaiian Airlines is not responsible for any correspondence including, but not limited to membership cards, luggage tags, and renewal notices lost or damaged in the mail.
  7. Members requiring a name change or a replacement of a lost, stolen, or damaged card may purchase a replacement card and/or tag for a fee by calling 1-877-HA-MILES (1-877-426-4537).
  8. Members must enter their HawaiianMiles account number to receive priority handling when calling reservations. Priority handling shall be applied only to the member and those other passengers traveling on the same reservation record.
  9. Members must enter the AWD/BCD code as displayed in their HawaiianMiles online dashboard when booking a car rental with Avis or Budget to receive free additional driver benefit and savings of up to 35% (discount applies to the time and mileage charges only).
  10. Check-in luggage fee waivers are limited to Hawaiian Airlines operated flights and to the first two bags for the member only. Applicable overweight and excess baggage fees will apply.
  11. Priority security lines are available in Honolulu, New York, Oakland, Phoenix, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose and Seattle.
  12. Premier Club check-in line and Zone 2 boarding are limited to members and a maximum of two guests per member when traveling on the same flight and do not apply to Charter or Code Share flights.
  13. The Premier Club Membership Program grants access to Premier Clubs in Honolulu, Kahului, Kona, Hilo, and Lihue. It does not grant access to The Plumeria Lounge located in the Daniel K Inouye International Airport. Members must be traveling on an outbound or transferring Hawaiian Airlines operated flight.
  14. Each member is allowed to escort a maximum of two guests into the Premier Club, subject to seat availability. Guests may enjoy the benefits of the Premier Club as long as the member accompanies and remains with them. Members are responsible for the actions of their guests and supervision of any accompanying minors in the Premier Club.
  15. Usage of the Premier Club and The Plumeria Lounge are subject to house rules.
  16. The Plumeria Lounge Access Pass allows the member and their guest single entry to The Plumeria Lounge, before departing on an upcoming Hawaiian Airlines flight (same day). A valid Hawaiian Airlines boarding pass issued under the name of the guest is required for an upcoming flight on the same day. No in-and-out privileges are allowed. Not valid for use after the departure of the flight indicated on the boarding pass.
  17. Proof of current Premier Club membership is required to receive 25% discount towards Pau Hana Cart purchases made in-flight and may be validated by a Flight Attendant through a paper boarding pass, digital boarding pass, Hawaiian Airlines mobile app, or a Premier Club membership card. Qualified Pau Hana Cart purchases include, but are not limited to, purchases of beverages, snacks, ear buds and blankets on Hawaiian Airlines flights. Duty Free, limited-time items, Extra Comfort seating, First/Business class upgrades purchases are not considered Pau Hana Cart items available for purchase.
  18. Premier Club members traveling on a non-revenue standby ticket must present a valid Premier Club Membership card at time of check-in and upon entering the Premier Club.
  19. Benefits for Premier Club members traveling on a non-revenue standby ticket do not include access to Zone 2 boarding.
  20. Hawaiian Airlines reserves the right to restrict, alter or modify the fees, amenities, services, Premier Club hours or locations at any time with or without written notice to its members.
  21. Hawaiian Airlines reserves the right to prohibit any person from further participation in the program if, in Hawaiian’s sole discretion, that person has violated Hawaiian’s conditions of carriage or any of the rules described herein, which may result in termination of an individual’s membership.

Hawaiian Airlines reserves the right to terminate any membership or remove any member for inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to conduct that is disruptive, abusive or violent, for failing to comply with membership Terms & Conditions or who in Hawaiian Airlines’ sole discretion, are not using the membership or the Premier Club for its intended purpose.
